Recommendation, approval or Autopilot

The hotel decides how much control to delegate.

Velynto is a revenue optimisation service and decision-support system for independent hotels, connecting Booking.com performance with intelligent pricing.

Four signal sources. One decision system.

Not one data point. One connected revenue decision.

A sound decision cannot rely on occupancy or competitor prices in isolation. Velynto combines the hotel's own position, Booking.com performance, relevant demand events and market rate position in one traceable recommendation.

Safety rule

An event or a competitor rate never triggers a price change by itself. Internal booking evidence or another verified demand signal is required.

Explainable AI, human control

The system monitors. Every decision remains traceable.

Each recommendation shows the signals used, the reasoning, the confidence level and the safeguards applied. The hotel may choose recommendation, approval or Autopilot within predefined limits.

How it fits into daily operations

  1. 01

    Audit and baseline

We map the Booking.com setup, available data, current pricing process and the hotel's commercial boundaries.

  2. 02

    Daily analysis

The system reviews the booking position, flags issues and prioritises revenue opportunities.

  3. 03

    Concrete recommendation

It shows not only what is worth changing, but also why.

  4. 04

    Execution and measurement

Approved changes are executed, verified live, and their results measured.

The change is prepared. The hotel accepts, adjusts or rejects it in one step.

Aligned incentives

No high fixed monthly fee. Our fee moves with your hotel revenue.

The service fee is linked to the net room revenue actually realised on the channels managed by Velynto. That keeps professional revenue optimisation accessible to smaller, independent hotels.

Calculate it simply

EUR

Estimated monthly Velynto service fee

1,500 EUR + VAT

This is an indicative net calculation excluding VAT. It is not a revenue or ROI promise. The calculation runs in your browser; no data is transmitted.

What is the fee based on?

Net room revenue realised on the channels managed by Velynto: excluding VAT and tourism tax, after cancellations and refunds, before deducting OTA commissions.

All service fees shown exclude VAT.

If net room revenue on the managed channels is EUR 100, the Autopilot service fee is just EUR 3 + VAT.

Risk-free entry

If there is no verified uplift, there is no service fee.

During the three-month pilot, Velynto charges a success fee only on the total verified room-revenue uplift measured across the complete period.

  • 3 months of active optimisation
  • 30-day closing and data-verification period
  • 19% success fee on verified positive uplift
  • 81% stays with the hotel
  • EUR 0 service fee without uplift
  • Optional move to the standard 3% plan after a joint review

For every EUR 100 of verified positive uplift, EUR 81 remains with the hotel and the Velynto success fee is EUR 19 plus VAT.

Start a performance pilot

This is not a fourth permanent plan, but a separate entry option.

How do we measure the result?

Baseline

We use room revenue from the same period in the previous year, adjusted for changes in available room capacity and exceptional factors agreed in advance.

Actual result

We measure room revenue realised on the channels managed by Velynto.

Settlement

The success fee is 19% of the total positive uplift across the full three months. If the combined result is not positive, the service fee is EUR 0.
