This notice explains how Velynto (Poller Technology Kft.) handles the personal data submitted through this website.

Data we process
The name, hotel name, email address, number of rooms, area of interest and optional message submitted through the contact form.
Purpose and legal basis
Responding to your enquiry and preparing a revenue audit. Legal basis: your consent (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a)) and our legitimate interest in pre-contractual communication.
Retention
Enquiries are stored for a maximum of 24 months and deleted afterwards, unless a contractual or statutory obligation requires longer retention.
Processors
Data is processed only by service providers required for operations (hosting, email, CRM) under data processing agreements. We never share your data with third parties for marketing purposes.
Your rights
You may request access, rectification, erasure or restriction of processing, object to processing, and withdraw your consent at any time at hello@velynto.app. You may also lodge a complaint with the Hungarian data protection authority (NAIH).
Cookies
Beyond technically necessary cookies, this website does not use marketing or profiling trackers.
